Starting in January of 2008 we began offering a series of Informational Seminars in response to a growing interest in recreational properties both in the U.S. and in other parts of the World.  We have named these seminars as Global Lifestyle Investment Seminars. 
 
To start from the beginning we will give you a little history to put this all in context.  Ellyn and Tom have specialized in Corporate Relocations for over 20 years and during that time have built up a network of well qualified, caring Realtors in a variety of locations that would do an outstanding job for our clients and protect their interests in whatever location these people may have been transferred to. It is this network of trusted, well qualified Realtors that are being utilized for the Global Lifestyle Investment Seminars.  Not only did we want to make it possible for our clients and others to be able to get valuable information and insight into the various locations without leaving the city - we wanted them to get an opportunity to meet and start to build a relationship with a trusted professional before they ever left home so they could spend their precious time setting up all of the other necessary requirements such as financing advice from the right professional, tax advice, legal representation as well as finding the right property instead of just shuffling from saleperson to salesperson without any real representation.
 
Our first seminar took place on January 29th and featured presentations by Realtors from both Costa Rica and Kelowna.  The 2nd seminar featured Realtors from Las Vegas, Phoenix, Palm Springs, and Belize and took place March 11th. 
 
Everyone really seemed to enjoy the presentations and felt they learned a lot about the various areas, their marketplaces and what is happening in them at this time.  It was also an excellent chance for everyone present to get to hear and speak with an active Realtor in the areas they were talking about and to get the chance to start building a relationship with someone they can count on to work for them if they are going to a strange location rather than just striking out on their own and trying to learn everything there is to know in a short time frame.
 
 
We also have excellent Realtors from several locations on Vancouver Island (we will have a team of two Realtors from Victoria and a Realtor from Parksville Qualicum Beach who covers the Island up to Nanaimo) as well as two Realtors from Invermere.
 
As a result of our relationships with many Realtors throughout North America we can also offer fantastic Realtors to assist you with your needs in many popular centers.  We have people available to assist you in Jackson  Hole, Steamboat, Reno, San Diego,and Portland to name a few popular destinations.
